Tṛtīyam Viśva-Veda-Vijñāna-Sammelanam (VVVS)

Tṛtīyam Viśva-Veda-Vijñāna-Sammelanam calls for abstracts on following subjects from researchers, corporates, NGOs and grass root innovators. This conference is scheduled on 11th to 13th January 2018 in Pune on a subject of Vedic and Modern Sciences – Insights, Interactions and Interfaces.

The thematic areas chosen for deliberations / presentations are As follows -

3) Cosmology, Astronomy, Mathematics
4) Brain, Mind & Consciousness, Yoga, Psychology, Spiritual Sciences

6) Archaeology, Anthropology, Physical Sciences
7) Social Sciences
8) Engineering & Technology, Architecture, Iconography
9) Management, Information Sciences & Technology
10) Life Sciences, Forestry, Biodiversity, Traditional Medicine, Healing & Wellness Animal Husbandry, Agriculture, Environment
11) Performing Arts, Kalā, Krīḍā

Abstracts in compliance to these themes are requested for oral or poster presentation during the conference.The presentations can be in English, Sanskrit or Hindi.

Responsibilities of the Presenting Author


1) The first author listed for each abstract serve as the presenting author and as the primary contact for all correspondence regarding the abstract, unless otherwise specified under the "Address for correspondence” section of the abstract submission.

2) The presenting author must be one of the co-authors listed on the submitted abstract.

3) The presenting author is responsible for the following:

a) Ensuring that all authors have read the abstract and agreed to be co-authors. Failure to get approval from all authors will result in rejection of the abstract.
b) Notifying all co-authors of any additions, deletions, and changes to the program, as may be communicated by VVVS.
c) Obtaining all the conflict-of-interest disclosure and copyright transfer information from co-authors.
d) Forwarding all correspondence to all co-authors, including VVVS conference policies and guidelines.

The abstracts should preferably be sent through email, in word format to reach the organizers on or before 31st August 2017 on [email protected]. Hard copy communication can also be accepted in special cases.

 

Evaluation

Academic program committee will review the abstracts and inform their decision to the respected authors by 30th September 2017. The abstract submission should be specifically for either poster or oral presentation. The decision of academic program committee to accept or to reject any abstract will be final and cannot be challenged.
Permission for oral presentation of the papers during the conference will depend on total entries received.
However, all accepted full length papers will be included in the proceedings of the conference. The authors are requested to take note of plagiarism possibilities and must take care to strictly avoid them.
TṛtīyamViśva-Veda-Vijñāna-Sammelanam (VVVS) will not be responsible for any plagiarism issues.
